The whiskies matured for at least 13 years in bourbon casks before being bottled at 53. 2% ABV. Only 741 bottles were produced and were available for purchase only at the festival.

The bottles may have small cracks in the wax seal

This umeshu is made from local juuro plums (ume) and is therefore slightly sweeter than kokuto and sukkiri
